Why are you waiting
Why is it that we wait for the first of the month, the start of the week, or the beginning of a new year to start something? Is there a specific reason we do this? To be honest, I have no idea if there is reasoning behind it but if there is let’s look into it and realize that starting now will still allow you to finish in 30 days or 365 days from now. It does not need to be perfect. It just needs to be started because a lot of the time when we say we will wait until Monday or next month, we usually end up forgetting and then when we remember we are in the middle again.
We don’t need the timing to be perfect to do something we just have to actually want the change. So, the first question I would ask is are you really ready to make the changes you desire?
